FOOOOOODS

A few years ago, I went grain-free as part of a modified paleo diet to help mitigate some of my MS symptoms like fatigue. It was hard in the beginning but has become easier as time goes by. These are not all healthy options by any means but they will all be grain free (which also makes them gluten free), dairy free (except eggs and ghee, legume free and with only natural sugars.
